如何換個概念可以把事情變的更好

長期以來從新聞媒體的不斷轟炸,抱怨似乎已經變成一種習慣;
抱怨不會解決問題,其實只要換個概念就可以讓事情變的更好。

一家咖啡廳,老闆抱怨咖啡廳不好經營,顧客都到便利商店買咖啡,不來咖啡廳喝咖啡!
如果老闆把咖啡廳定義成「喝杯咖啡」的概念,這家店發揮的價值是否很容易被便利商店取代?
如果老闆把咖啡廳換成「來我這裡喝咖啡很愉快」的概念,這家店發揮創新的價值就是創造愉快的喝咖啡體驗。

換個概念,就能創造新的價值

一堂課,老師抱怨學生不好教,老師賣力上,學員賣力睡!
如果老師把課程定義成「講課」的概念,這堂課發揮的價值是否很容易被線上課程取代?
如果老師把課程換成「來我這裡學習很實戰」的概念,這堂課創新的價值就是創造現學現用的學習體驗。

一家賣場,店長抱怨LED燈不好賣,客戶都到網路上去買,不到實體店來買!
如果店長把它定義成「銷售LED燈」的概念,這家店發揮的價值是否很容易被網路取代?
如果店長把它換成「來我這裡體驗LED燈」的概念,這家店發揮創新的價值就是創造互動的購物體驗。

不用抱怨,只要換個概念,就能創造新的價值。

今天,想想看「面對全新的一年,我的產品與服務可以換成什麼概念創造什麼新價值呢?」

<Not complain, as long as another concept>

For a long time from the constant bombardment of news media, complaining seems to have become a habit;
Complaining will not solve the problem, in fact, as long as another concept can make things better and even change.

A coffee shop, cafe owners complain about bad business, the customer goes to the convenience store to buy coffee, not to cafe to drink coffee!
If the owner of the cafe define the concept as “selling coffee”, is the value of the store easily replaced by convenience stores?
If the owner of the cafe change the concept to “Customers come here to drink coffee very happy,” the concept of the store is the value of innovation by creating a pleasant coffee experience.

A class, students complained about bad teachers teach, teacher hard on, participants sleep hard!
If the teacher defined the course concept as “lecture”, is the value of this class easily replaced by an online course?
If the teacher change the concept into the curriculum, “come to me to learn very practical”, the value of this class is to create innovative learning experience.

A store, the manager complained that LED lights do not sell, customers have to buy on the Internet, less than the store to buy!
If the manager define it as “selling LED lights” concept, is the value of the store easily replaced by the Internet?
If the manager change the concept into “Customers come here to experience the LED light”, the store is to play the value of innovation by creating interactive shopping experience.

Do not complain, as long as another concept, we can create new value.

Today, think “The new face of coming year, my products and services can be replaced by what concept to create any new value?”
