You must have this experience while jogging or hiking,
When you see the oncoming people,
As long as you say good morning first, the other people will response to you to say good morning,

How do you “influence” others, how others will response.
Your kids are the same, too,
When you are willing to say to your child, “You’re great”, your child will show more and more bars,
Often when you say to your child, “how can you be so stupid”, your child will show more and more unable to meet your expectations.
