習慣是什麼?習慣,從腦神經科學角度,是腦神經形成了某一固定的認知與行為,是使用者不假思索就自覺去做的下意識反應與自然動作。以下四個問題可以幫助你思考使用者是如何使用產品並設計用戶的行為與使用產品服務的習慣。

簡單:我們可以讓事情變得簡單嗎?產品與服務可以讓使用者能快速學習整個操作並能掌握嗎?

自然:如果讓使用者很自然的需要我們的產品與服務?如何讓使用者下意識不需思考就可以使用我們的產品與服務?

情景:使用者在什麼特定情境下會常出現哪些無意識的行為?例如,在搭乘地鐵習慣看連載小說?

重塑:有哪些新的操作習慣需要使用者改變與學習?如何用時間和多次操作來形成新的操作習慣?習慣雖然難以改變,但經過強化訓練和影響也可以產生變化。

〈Behaviors and Habits〉

What is the habit? Habit, from the perspective of neuroscience, is the formation of a certain fixed cognition and behavior by the brain nerve, which is the subconscious reaction and natural action that the user consciously does without thinking. The following four questions can help you think about how users use products and design user behaviors and habits of using products and services.

Simplicity: Can we make things simple? Can products and services enable users to quickly learn the entire operation and master it?

Natural: What if users need our products and services naturally? How to let users subconsciously use our products and services without thinking?

Scenario: What unconscious behaviors do users often exhibit in what specific situations? For example, are you used to reading serial novels while riding the subway?

Remodeling: What new operating habits need users to change and learn? How to use time and multiple operations to form new operating habits? Habits are difficult to change, but they can also be changed after intensive training and influence.
